Shipping & Returns

Shipping: Our processing time is 1-3 business days, and we ship all orders from Northern California. We prioritize the most cost-effective shipping options while ensuring that your order arrives in a timely manner. We aim to minimize transit time for our candles, particularly during the summer, to prevent any melting.

Returns/Exchanges: All of our candles are made by hand and as such, variations may occur. Used candles cannot be returned or refunded for any reason; however, if you are unsatisfied with your candle, please contact us. If your product is damaged during shipment, send a photo of the damage to hello@monarchgoodsco.com and we will replace or refund your order as requested. Product must be unused at time of replacement.
